Presentation Review Fee:
This fee is mandatory for all Workshop Presentations. It must be paid immediately after submitting your presentation.
Review Process:
Your Workshop Presentation will be reviewed by the 5th World Child Health, Adolescent Medicine, and Child Psychology Conference Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members, but the review will begin only after the review fee has been paid.
Acceptance & Next Steps:
Once your abstract/presentation is reviewed and accepted (after any requested edits), you will receive a Workshop Presentation Acceptance Letter. After this, you may proceed with the conference registration process.
DTCM Permit Mandatory Fee:
This is a mandatory fee for all international participants attending the conference. The fee covers DTCM permit processing to ensure a smooth immigration experience when entering the UAE.
Purpose:
The DTCM permit ensures you can enter the UAE without any immigration concerns, allowing seamless participation in the conference.
DTCM Application:
The organizers will handle the entire permit application process on your behalf.
