The event is titled 5th World Child Health, Adolescent Medicine, and Child Psychology Conference.

The conference will be held from June 18–20, 2026.

The conference will be held in Hybrid Mode, allowing participants to attend in person in Dubai, UAE, or join virtually from anywhere in the world.

In-person participants receive access to all scientific sessions, the poster and exhibition area, a complete conference kit including the program booklet and abstract book, 1 coffee breaks and lunch on all conference days, and an accredited certificate from the organizing committee. Virtual participants receive access to all live presentations, the E-Abstract Book, the E-Program, and an E-Certificate for presentation or participation.

Participants attending in person will receive their conference materials upon arrival and check-in at the on-site registration counters.

Yes, group registration discounts are available. Interested groups may contact the conference secretary at info-ucg@utilitarianconferences.com for discount codes and further information.

The registration fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to the next edition of the conference or converted to virtual participation. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

You will receive your payment receipt within two to four business days after completing your registration. If you do not receive it, you can contact the organizing team at info-ucg@utilitarianconferences.com .

You may submit your abstract through the online submission portal or directly email it to the conference secretary. The submission link is available at: https://child-adolescent-medicine.utilitarianconferences.com/submit-abstract After submitting your abstract, you are required to pay the Abstract Review Fee of GBP 30. Your abstract will be sent for review only after the payment is completed.

Yes, an official abstract template is provided on the submission page. You can download it and prepare your abstract accordingly.

Yes, participants are allowed to submit more than one proposal and can take part in multiple sessions. However, no more than three presentations may be delivered by a single participant.

Yes, virtual presentations are allowed, and participants will receive an official presentation certificate.

Each oral presentation is allotted 20 to 25 minutes, which includes the question-and-answer session.

Translators will not be provided by the organizing committee. Participants who require translation services may bring their own translator.

Using personal laptops is generally not recommended due to technical and scheduling constraints. However, you may use your own laptop if absolutely necessary.

Posters must be prepared in advance. The display size is 1 meter in width and 1 meter in height. Posters must be brought to the conference by the presenter, as the organizers cannot receive, print, or transport posters, and on-site printing facilities are not available.

The DTCM Permit Fee is a mandatory requirement under Dubai’s Tourism and Commerce Marketing regulations. This fee ensures compliance with event permitting standards for all participants.

The Certificate Fee is mandatory and covers the processing and issuance of participation or presentation certificates for all attendees.

CME (Continuing Medical Education) and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) certifications are official certificates that recognize your participation in the conference for professional learning and credits. CME certificate requires a fee of GBP 450 and CPD certificate requires a fee of GBP 400. Abstract Publication with DOI is the official process of publishing and indexing your accepted abstract in partner international journals. All accepted abstracts from speakers and poster presenters must pay a mandatory DOI publication fee. After payment, abstracts are published with a unique DOI, making them permanently citable, globally accessible, and indexed in major databases such as Scopus and Web of Science.

The Visa Invitation Fee applies to participants from outside the UAE who require an official visa invitation letter. The invitation letter is issued only after the payment of this mandatory processing fee.
