Share a concise biography of approximately 250 words for inclusion in the official conference program.
3. Organization Details( If Applicable)
- Kindly provide the name of your Organization / Institution.
- Share your official organization logo in high quality (PNG/JPEG format).
4. Poster Title Confirmation
- Please share the finalized title of your poster for inclusion in the scientific program
(Kindly ignore this point if already submitted).
5. Abstract Submission
- If you have not submitted your abstract in advance, please bring your poster abstract with you to the conference.

6. Presentation Slides
- Prepare 15–20 slides to support your poster presentation.
- This will help the committee and chairperson review and fairly evaluate your work for the Best Poster Award.
7. Soft Copy Submission
- Kindly share a soft copy or drive link of your poster materials in advance for smooth arrangements.
8. Conference Branding
- Ensure the official conference logo is included on each slide of your poster presentation.
9. Social Media Promotion
- You will receive an official Poster Banner from us.
- We encourage you to share this banner with colleagues and post it on your social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to promote your contribution.
