Biography: Dana Al Salah is a certified Food Allergy Coach, educator, and advocate who takes a holistic, family-centered approach to supporting those living with food allergies and celiac disease. As a mother of children with multiple allergies, she brings a unique blend of personal experience and professional knowledge in nutrition, the microbiome, and early childhood development. Dana is currently completing her certification as a breastfeeding consultant and proudly serves on the board of the Celiac Care Providers Society. She leads community efforts to make schools, restaurants, and public spaces more allergy-aware, inclusive, and safe for all.
