Pediatric Long COVID refers to persistent physical, cognitive, or psychological symptoms in children and adolescents that continue for weeks or months after recovery from acute COVID-19 infection. Common symptoms include fatigue, breathlessness, headache, poor concentration, sleep disturbances, and mood changes, even in children who had mild or asymptomatic illness. These ongoing symptoms can affect school performance, physical activity, and overall quality of life. Management is mainly supportive and multidisciplinary, focusing on symptom control, gradual return to activities, and psychosocial support.
